The SG-FleHa TicketMarket is an innovative online marketplace based on fanSALE, the convenient and secure trading platform for ticket sales from fan to fan. The SG Flensburg-Handewitt and fanSALE can offer you as fan with the SG-FleHa TicketMarket an attractive and secure way to sell your season ticket seats and single tickets seats for individual events to other fans.

    Questions on registration and “My fanSALE” in the SG-FleHa TicketMarket

      Why do I have to give an e-mail address during registration?
      You will receive a number of important messages by e-mail from fanSALE through the SG-FleHa TicketMarket, so e-mail is the central form of communication on our platform. At the same time, your e-mail address is also your user name. The double opt-in procedure also ensures that you actually receive e-mails at the e-mail address given by you.
      How safe is my data when transmitted on the Internet?

      We encrypt both personal data and payment information during transmission from your computer to our server. In the case of credit card payment, data is only sent to the relevant bank in a highly encrypted form.

      However, the encryption is not shown by most browsers, as the active encrypted area is located in a so-called frame. By clicking with the right mouse button on the encrypted pages and then selecting “Properties”, the SSL certificate will be displayed. In doing so, the mouse cursor must not rest on an input field.

      How can I change my e-mail address?
      Your e-mail address is simultaneously your unique user name in our system and for this reason cannot be changed by you. Please contact our customer service team using our contact form.
      Why can't those under 18 register?
      In order to be able to sell or buy tickets through the SG-FleHa TicketMarket, members must be legally competent. This is why minors cannot become members of the SG-FleHa TicketMarket. We want to protect purchasers and sellers from legally unsafe transactions.
      I have an EVENTIM account and I want to use the SG-FleHa TicketMarket. Can I use my EVENTIM login?
      Yes, your EVENTIM login works at the SG-FleHa TicketMarket and vice versa. You do not need to register again if you already are a EVENTIM customer. If you are logged in at EVENTIM and you open the SG-FleHa TicketMarket page, then you are logged in automatically.
      Why can I only register with an address in Germany?
      One of the benefits of the SG-FleHa TicketMarket is the easy and economical sending of tickets. Currently, delivery and collection under these conditions are only possible in Germany. This offer is being extended step by step to other countries.
      How can I delete my account?
      You cannot delete your account yourself through fanSALE. To do it, please send us an e-mail using our contact form. Please state your e-mail address. We will then delete your account. Please also be aware of our conditions of use.
      How can I change my data?
      You can change your personal data yourself at any time in the SG-FleHa TicketMarket. Log into the SG-FleHa TicketMarket by clicking on My fanSALE on the home page. In the area My fanSALE, click on My data. There you can overwrite all the information, apart from your e-mail address, and then save those changes.
      Does registration cost anything?
      It is free of charge to register and list offers. When listing an ticket at the fixed price stipulated by the association, you will be shown the sale price and your revenue in the case of a sale. The difference between these two amounts is used to cover the increased effort involved. Your revenue is 1/17th of your season-ticket price, or the purchase price of your single ticket stipulated by the association. The original ticket or the match involved on your season ticket or single ticket will be cancelled in the case of a sale; a new ticket will be generated and send out directly through the SG-FleHa TicketMarket.

      Questions about the course and listing of offers

        How can I offer tickets for sale in the SG-FleHa TicketMarket?

        In collaboration between the SG Flensburg-Handewitt and fanSALE, SG-FleHa TicketMarket offers you, the holder of a season ticket or single ticket, a particularly easy and safe platform for reselling the ticket for your seat if you are prevented from attending. These tickets are automatically offered at a fixed price determined by the association. The fixed-price offer corresponds to the price of a comparable single ticket for this match. All of the important event and ticket data are transferred directly from the ticketing system to your offer. Using the entered barcode number, for your security the SG-FleHa TicketMarket checks the data and identifies your offer using the "eventim.ticketcheck" logo.         To offer tickets for sale, please proceed as follows:

        • On the SG-FleHa TicketMarket website, select the tab Sell tickets. In a few steps you will be shown the complete sequence of a ticket sale at a glance.
        • Select Sell tickets and log in if you have not already done so. If you are not yet registered with the SG-FleHa TicketMarket or with fanSALE, you must first register just once.
        • Now enter the barcode number of your season ticket or single ticket that you wish to sell.
        • You will now be shown the saved data for the relevant ticket.
        • At the same time, you will be shown a selection of events available for resale. Select the relevant event that you wish to offer.
        • State a start and end date for your offer. Your offer must end at least five working days before the event, as the tickets have to be sent to the purchaser. Please bear public holidays in mind!
        • Then click on the Continue button, and you will be shown a summary of your offer. You can now transmit your offer by clicking on the Save offer button, or return to the input form to make any changes by clicking on the Back button.
        • Finally, you will be shown a confirmation page. At the same time, we will send you an e-mail containing details of your offer. You can call up the current status of your offer at any time under My fanSALE. Your incomplete offers are shown under My offers. Sold offers can be found under "My sales".

        How do I sell a match from my season ticket or single ticket?

        As a holder of season tickets or single tickets for the SG Flensburg-Handewitt, we can offer you the exclusive opportunity of passing individual matches determined by the association to other fans at a fixed price. After entering your season-ticket number / your single-ticket barcode, select the relevant match from the list of matches that can be sold. All of the important match and ticket data are transferred directly from the ticketing system to your offer. Using the entered numbers, for your security the SG-FleHa TicketMarket checks the data and identifies your offer using the "eventim.ticketcheck" logo.

        The sale price for the individual match from your season ticket or single ticket is determined by the association and generally corresponds to the price of a comparable single ticket for this match. The revenue that you will receive in the case of a sale is shown when the offer is created. Any difference between the revenue and the sale price displayed is used to cover the increased effort required by us, because:

        As a seller, you don’t have to do anything after making a successful sale. A new single ticket is printed for the purchaser for each ticket and, at the same time, the sold event is deleted from your season ticket or single ticket. All this and the delivery is organised by the SG-FleHa TicketMarket.

        Why can I not sell a specific event from my season ticket or single ticket?

        After entering your ticket barcode number, you will be shown a list of those events that you can sell on. the SG Flensburg-Handewitt determines which events these will be. Should you have any questions about these rules, please contact the SG Flensburg-Handewitt.

        I can't sell any event from my season ticket or single ticket!

        For reasons of security, the SG-FleHa TicketMarket interrogates the holder data of the season ticket or single ticket and compares it with the data of the offerer. If your season ticket or single ticket was originally issued to another holder, then please contact the SG Flensburg-Handewitt directly and ask them to transfer it to you. Once this has been done, you can sell events released by the SG Flensburg-Handewitt through the SG-FleHa TicketMarket.

        How is the sale price determined for tickets?

        Tickets for the SG Flensburg-Handewitt are automatically offered at a fixed price determined by the SG Flensburg-Handewitt; in the case of single tickets, this generally corresponds to the price printed on the ticket. In the case of an event from a season ticket or single ticket, the offer corresponds to the price of a comparable single ticket for this event. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your tickets will actually be sold.

        Currently, no service fee is charged on successful sales.

        There are no listing fees on the SG-FleHa TicketMarket.

        What is EVENTIM ticketcheck?

        Each ticket from the CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA system has a unique ticket number. This ticket number is entered by the seller when creating an offer using EVENTIM ticketcheck. We can then read directly from the ticket system for each tickets the event and seat for which the ticket was issued and whether this ticket is still valid.

        This benefits the seller in that he/she does not have to copy important information from the ticket. This saves work and protects against inadvertent incorrect entries. In addition, offers checked using EVENTIM ticketcheck are particularly interesting for potential purchasers as they are additionally protected through the Eventim guarantee of authenticity.

        This can be seen by purchasers at a glance by the EVENTIM ticketcheck logo on every checked offer.

        Which tickets can be checked using EVENTIM ticketcheck?

        the SG Flensburg-Handewitt tickets are always checked using eventim.ticketcheck when the listing for sale is created. Currently, tickets from season tickets or single tickets can be sold for individual events.

        I have changed my mind, and no longer want to sell the tickets I have offered for sale. What can I do?

        In creating an offer, you are contractually obliged to sell the listed tickets for the highest bid or at the selected fixed price. The deletion of offers is neither allowed nor possible. If your tickets no longer exist due to an act of God or have got lost in any way, you have the possibility to cancel your offer under 'My fanSALE' >> 'Offers'.

        The tickets I offered for sale have been stolen or have got lost. What can I do now?

        In creating an offer, you are contractually obliged to sell the listed tickets for the highest bid or at the selected fixed price. The deletion of offers is neither allowed nor possible. If your tickets no longer exist due to an act of God or have got lost in any way, you have the possibility to cancel your offer under 'My fanSALE' >> 'Offers'.

        Can I retrospectively change the price of an auction or a fixed price offer?

        Once your offer is confirmed and listed online, no more changes are possible. The offers in the SG-FleHa TicketMarket are generally sold at a fixed price specified by the association.

        Questions about costs, credits and service fee

          What are the advantages of the SG-FleHa TicketMarket, what is the commission, and what does it include?

          In the SG-FleHa TicketMarket, we have created a secure and easy way to buy and sell entrance tickets.

          • More reliability - We rigorously exclude unreliable purchasers from trading.
          • Fewer complaints - With tickets checked by eventim.ticketcheck, tickets are offered with information provided directly from our ticket system. This largely avoids complaints resulting from inaccurate descriptions.
          • More security - You receive your sale proceeds directly from us and not from the purchaser. This means that you are protected from reversals or unsecured credit cards and do not have to wait long for the transfer.
          • Faster - You receive your money from the SG-FleHa TicketMarket just a few days after the tickets are sent. There is no weeks-long waiting for the purchaser to pay with the SG-FleHa TicketMarket.

          When will I receive the price of the ticket?

          A few days after sending your tickets, we will transfer the revenue that you saw when listing the offer into the bank account, the details of which you have stored. Depending on the processing time at the bank and when weekends fall, it may take a couple of days for the money to be credited to your account.

          As a seller, why do I have to provide my bank details when I have already saved my credit card number?

          We transfer the sale proceeds to your current account in a bank or savings bank based in Germany. To do this, we need your current bank details. Please remember to update your bank details if you have changed them since your last ticket sale. It is not possible to credit sale proceeds to a credit card.

          Questions about completion after the sale

            What happens after my tickets are sold?

            When selling individual events from your season ticket, a new single ticket is automatically printed for the purchaser, and at the same time the sold event is deleted from your season ticket. As the seller, you have thus lost your access authorisation for that event. All this and the delivery is organised by SG-FleHa TicketMarket. As the seller, you therefore dont have to worry about sending the ticket.

              How can I subscribe to, or unsubscribe from, the fanSALE newsletter?

              The fanSALE newsletter informs you at irregular intervals about interesting new functions and particularly attractive offers on fanSALE.

              You can change your settings directly in your personal area “My fanSALE” to receive the newsletter: Log into fanSALE by clicking on “My fanSALE” on the home page. In the area “My fanSALE”, click on “My data”. There you will be able to receive or cancel the fanSALE newsletter by activating or deactivating the option “Yes, I would like to receive the fanSALE newsletter in future”.
